ORDER TRACKING
Track your Beast State Co. order using the tracking link sent to your email after your order has shipped.
Once your order is produced, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
After your order ships, check your email for a shipping confirmation message.
Your tracking email may include:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery updates
- Tracking link
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
ORDER STATUS
Your order may go through the following stages:
- Order placed
- Order confirmed
- In production
- Fulfilled
- Shipped
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
Because some Beast State Co. items are produced after purchase, tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed.
TRACKING NOT UPDATING
If your tracking link has not updated yet, it does not always mean your package is lost.
Tracking updates can be delayed due to:
- Carrier scanning delays
- High shipping volume
- Customs checks
- Weather delays
- Local delivery delays
- Weekend or holiday processing
Please allow a little time for the carrier system to update.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check:
- Mailbox
- Front door or porch
- Building mailroom
- Concierge or reception desk
- Neighbors or household members
- Local carrier office

WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before placing your order.
If incorrect shipping details were entered, your package may be delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
