These variations are normal characteristics of apparel production where they remain within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

A product that materially differs from its description, is damaged, is defective, or is incorrect remains subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

10. Size and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before placing an order.

Measurements shown on our website are approximate. Reasonable variation may occur because of:

  • Washing or finishing processes
  • Measurement methods
  • Manufacturing tolerances

Descriptions such as “oversized,” “relaxed,” “boxy,” “cropped,” “fitted,” or “straight-leg” describe the intended design and silhouette. They do not guarantee the same appearance or fit on every body type.

Selecting the wrong size does not mean the product is defective. Eligible size-related returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted the order.

An order is accepted when we begin processing, production, or fulfilment, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse, restrict, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

Requests are not guaranteed.

Products may enter production or fulfilment shortly after an order is submitted. Once that process begins, we may be unable to:

  • Change the product
  • Change the size
  • Change the colour
  • Change the design
  • Change the shipping method
  • Change the delivery address
  • Combine separate orders

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory cancellation right provided under applicable consumer law.

18. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • The information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The transaction is lawful
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available
  • You are not using the payment method fraudulently

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, and security procedures may also apply.

We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We may use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures.

We may request additional verification where an order appears unusual or presents an elevated risk.

21. Gift Cards

Where Beast State Co. offers gift cards, additional gift-card terms may apply.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card
  • Gift cards must be protected like cash
  • Gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen
  • Gift-card balances may be used only through authorized Beast State Co. sales channels

Any expiry date or fee will be applied only where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

22. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, production periods, tracking, customs, delivery estimates, missing packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

Beast State Co. is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
